Version 0.5.3

A full-screen Beat window, panels that can be swiped and resized, a reset button on every inspector field, and a cleanup of old backups and statistics

  • The Beat window opens full screen with Open Beat window. It has one tapper with two results side by side: Create from taps makes a new beat segment, Apply to selected re-tempos the selected one. The take is previewed before it is committed, and the level keeps playing while the window is open
  • Time Format in the editor settings picks what timeline rulers count in: frames, timecode, timecode with frames or Bars & Beats. The level itself does not change
  • Editor panels are swiped open and closed by their handle, and an open panel can be dragged wider. Buttons are larger on phones
  • Every inspector field has a ? with a hint and a reset button, and every group has the same pair in its header. A group reset is one undo step
  • Link Collider To Shape: while it is on, picking a shape also sets the same collider, so the hitbox follows the silhouette
  • A level can be deleted from the level browser without opening it. The Delete level window is the same everywhere
  • Storage in the settings deletes backups and statistics of levels that no longer exist, or all of them
  • The viewport grid changes its cell by whole steps of 10 as you zoom, the way Unity's own scene grid does
  • Timelines draw most clips as one mesh instead of one interface element per clip, which is cheaper on long levels
  • Effects and audio effects got explanations for their fields
