Version 0.14.1
Phone fixes - the screen stays on during a level and no memory cleanup stalls a run - plus licensing records and the demo level back
- The screen stays awake while a level plays and follows the system timeout again once you pause. Before, a run steered with a held stick counted as idle, and the phone locked in the middle of the level
- A low-memory warning that arrives during a level is handled after the level stops. On Android the cleanup took 163 ms and 715 ms, and in 33 seconds of play it caused two frames of 735 ms and 523 ms, each one enough to lose the run. The trade: under real memory pressure the system can now close the game during a level
- The game camera updates its viewport only when it moves by a whole pixel. Before, it did so every frame, and the renderer rebuilt its intermediate images 60 times a second even while the level's aspect stood still
- The
Licenseswindow folds: both heading levels are foldouts now. The level's own resources start open, everything shipped with the game starts closed - Deleting a resource deletes its licensing record. Before, the
Licenseswindow kept crediting someone for a resource the level no longer had. Undo brings the record back - A level cover is saved as
logo.pngorlogo.jpgaccording to what the image really is, whatever the source file was called. A picture that is neither PNG nor JPEG is refused - The built-in level
New zero demois back, with a cover and its music credited to Dunderpatrullen
